Many employers are not aware of the resources available to help them to attract, hire, accommodate and retain employees with disabilities.  Also, there still remains many myths and misconceptions about hiring and integrating people with disabilities in the workplace.

EARN is made up of prominent employers and knowledgeable service providers, all focused on eliminating barriers to employment.  Members have the opportunity to network, share best practices, receive education on disability and inclusive practices and meet with talented job seekers from our community, who happen to have disabilities. EARN’s core activities include:  Targeted recruitment and networking opportunities for employers and job seekers with disabilities, “Job Match” conference calls, Learning events for employers and community partners; an annual Conference and regular communication on employment and disability issues.
