Les participants apprendront \u00e9galement la mani\u00e8re dont ils peuvent \u00e9laborer des strat\u00e9gies \u00e0 long terme pour accro\u00eetre la participation des personnes handicap\u00e9es en milieu de travail. La cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une \u00ab culture d\u2019inclusion \u00bb favorise la participation des employ\u00e9s et am\u00e9liore les relations de travail.
