On the evening of November 8th, EARN in partnership with employer partner, Accenture, coordinated a Practice Interview Session for jobseekers followed by some networking. Volunteers from Accenture met with various jobseekers from EARN’s service provider network and asked them pre-written interview questions as if it were a real interview situation.

There were ten to twelve mini interview stations set up across the Accenture office where Accenture employees rotated from office to office when the alarm set off for the next set of interviews. Employees at Accenture provided valuable feedback to jobseekers and helped answer any questions they had.

This is a great learning session for both jobseekers to practice interview skills, and also for Accenture employees, as they have the opportunity to develop interviewing skills for their future careers.
